Title: ADD BOZAR TO GAME

My idea is add bozar to game from special encounters like gauss pistol. Bozar isnt op and it is good only with sniper bg build.
It is good only on max range and it is v hard to use or make good build. this wont wipe out sg snipers because it could be rare.

There is no such thing as "rare item" in this game. Sooner or later even lumberjacks as me have them all.

And bozar was in game, at least some time ago. You could obtain it from one of the Klamath's Mine guards, after attacking him and crippling his hand we was dropping brand new bozar. Dunno if it still works now.
