Title: You don't know how to create a character? Come check this out

That's okay but I would remove one from perception and put it in agility so you can use nuka cola and have 10 AP and plus you can add jet +2 ap, also if you need +1 to PE you can use cigarettes
But without much strenght you have to use power fist or mega power fist to get good damage

You can farm jet from highwaymen, strong slavers
Cigarettes and nuka cola are the cheapest drugs in game and they can be crafted easy too.

I don't think either of us is willing to create a different char for crafting.

EDIT: Haha, just noticed the pistol sniper. Just removed one hander and took repair instead of first aid. Ok?

Why do you need Ghost perk, if you have 300% sneak already?

Before wipe you could get >300 sneak, now all calculations are capped at 300% before penalties, as stated at after-wipe changelog:

For being next to a wall (1 hex, or 5 with Ghost perk): +30.
For being hidden behind an object (there is an unpassable scenery between the opponent and the target no more than 2 hexes from the opponent): +60.

At this point of calculations, Sneak is capped at 300. Then the following penalties are applied:
For opponent's relative direction: -72, -36, -12, 0.
For wielding weapons: -36 for two handed rifle in active slot, -72 for heavy weapons in active slot.
For wearing armours: -36 for Combat Armor and variants, -72 for Metal Armor and variants.
For running: -60, unless with Silent Running perk.

So, if you have 300% base sneak, you'll always have 300% sneak in all conditions, near wall or not, behind barrel or not, stealth boys are useless for you. So you can remove Ghost perk and take something else.

A note about Carry Weight: there is a small error in the online Character Planner with Carry Weight; if you get ST 10 and Pack Rat and Strong Back, it says your CW will be 146 but it will actually be 196.

nope , you receive +33% of your actual carry weight so you get 133%

And... what's the difference?

You're both right, because there's... no difference, yes, you can carry on 33% more, because weight of items decreased on 25%...

Pack Rat adds a bonus to yourcarry weight (http://fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Carry_weight)capacity. The higher yourStrength (http://fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Strength), the higher the bonus is.

And in game perk screen says; You are efficiently at arranging your inventory in general. This makes it much easier to carry that little extra you've always needed.

Once I hit lvl 24 I will confirm increase but I'm 10,000xp off.

Check my second crafter
124 Base CW + 22 strong back = 144 CW
144/4(25%) x 5(125%) = 180
144/3(33.3%) x 4(133.3%) = 192

Conclusion; is more increase than 33%
At 33.3% the starting value would have to be 147 CW
At 25% the starting value would have to be 156.8 CW

At 35% the finishing value would be 195.84 CW
