Title: Sniper Advice - Rate of Fire or Better Criticals?

I would like to know your opinion. Right now, I am going to spend my last perk and I do not know,what is better. If Rate of Fire perk (8 action points only) and use 14mm pistol for aiming in to eyes or to have better criticals and do bigger damage? What do you think.

Had no place for both. I ran tank/sniper with 3 lifegivers and 10 endurance. But,propably,Im gonna take better criticals. Thank you

Probably to mislead the opponent! "Oh, look, he has 285hp, he's a BG, can't be harmed where I'm standing! Wait, wha-"

Definetly Better Criticals, but Vandal and falloutdude both are right :P (first, take both, second, tank/sniper woot)
