Title: hey,WHERES MY Karma Beacon

ive already lv.9 and i have 6 ch
the fcp shows the Karma Beacon is a lv.9 perk.
its not a support perk
BUT IN THE GAME IT DOESNT EXSIT?!
i made a scrapped trader,Huh？

you need 6 ch for it.

well that sucks i am lvling my trader atm like this guy. =( less karma for me.
