I suggest to use "penetrate perk" (not long range) for Gatling laser, it will make useless Gatling more less useful.

Hey guys have you understand that this weapon SHOULDN'T be in game and the dev won't modify it at the moment?

I'd like to know where you heard that it shouldn't be in the game. I saw one at Gunrunners right after the wipe and I believe they're available from the Enclave. (Maybe BoS but I have no experience killing them.) If you're saying it shouldn't be in the game because it isn't craftable, what about the LSW?
