Title: Super stimpack and stimpaks

Is there some NPC thet sell stimpacks and i have 1 carisma?

Regular stims can always be farmed from LJ raiders. Might try the doc at JT. Superstims AFAIK can only be crafted or bought from other players.

I see Super Stims for sale in NCR often.  At the Doc's, at Dusty's Cantina, and sometimes the Rawhide.  I also see regular stims there.

It seems like most people use their thieves to get Super Stims now, so no point in trying to craft them.

NCR doc requires more than 1 CH as far as I know.

Nope, 1 CH.

The only merchants in NCR that have 3 CH requirement are Buster, and Sha Enin's replacement.
