Do i need carisma to get educated perk?

Educated requires Science 100, get at Boneyard Library.
Swift Learner requires Science 50, get at hub Library.

Go here (http://www.nitue.net/#fcp/index), click on FOnline 2238 and look at the Quests page for all of the support perks and their requirements.

I think he means does he need it to even talk to the npc that gives it.

If that's the case, I can vouch for it not requiring Charisma.  I just got that perk last night, and Charisma is my dump stat.

There needs to a comprehensive list of EXACT requirements for each perk and profession. I know CH can be avoided by going to certain npcs for professions, like ncr instead of redding for doctor profession. But I have no idea about INT. I know having low INT will also be a waste of time for getting a profession since noone will talk to you, even with mentats.
