Title: Need a good action game..sugestions?
Post by: Gob on March 17, 2012, 10:08:22 am: I'm borred and I'm looking for a good action game. No Battlefield or Call of Duty please. Any sugestions ? It don't need to have uber duber graphics.

Notice they're all in third person, but there is a first-person, they just prefer to video in third I guess.
Also, there are many mods that greatly improve gameplay, such as music and fighting sounds, so if you got as annoyed as I did listening to the second vid you're in luck :D.

I've seen that when it came out and I'm not into fairy tales and princese's . If I want all that I can always start to play Super Mario on my Sega console.

Play the game first, it is nothing like that.

There is no "princesses", only women for sale to gain power.
There is nothing fairy tale about it either. If anything it could be considered gritty and dark, though such an atmosphere isn't exactly put into the dialogue :P.

Watch the other soldiers kill the one you blamed.
MONSTER ATTACK
Climb up Empire State Building.
Elbow Drop.

All the combos are activated like in a fighting game (if you have played Mortal Kombat you will undersand). As you gain levels you gain more combos, and you gain more health and stamina. Better attacks require more stamina. Also, you will find new weapons scattered around the place, if you play as the correct character he might have a special combo just for this weapon (for example the rolling stab seen in video is knight's daggese special). The game was released a bit broken, it may contain bugs and some broken mechanics but it's a great game.

Man, Dark Souls is a frustrating game, it makes me mad when there are bosses I can't kill.
Even plain enemys (or I just suck)...
