Just now i was capturing slaves and kiting them around and all was going soooo well, but suddenly when i have 1 more to shoot down, a fucking DOUCHBAG enters from nowhere and shoots me down... How is this possible? I havent encounterd people in the middle of the desert, and NO they dident take follow on me from a town... Is this a glitch?

this is normal . there is a chance that you encounter a player when both of you are in the same square on map
the chance is probably the same as for encountering creatures
-
it is normal and many tb players use this tactics for tb trap
-
If you are on a map, anyone moving on the same square of world map can enter your encounter if they move around for a short time. That's why I always try to stay in encounters as short as possible and do whatever I plan.
-
Completely normal and to be expected. So keep it short and your wits about you. It happens to us all. However, I think there is 10 min time frame in which others can jump into your enc. If your enc goes over 10 min, I don't think others can find you.

Yeah for 10 mins after you enter an encounter someone can 'stumble' on it, sadly it's actually a much HIGHER chance they will get the encounter if there are/were players in it. I guess it makes it a higher OD check or something to avoid it. And I am sorry to say welcome to the world of children, er I mean FOnline, there is no such thing as maturity in this game. So expect that every time you see another player they will be doing something to try and F$%^ with you. At least that way you don't lose as much, makes for a really sad MMO though.

Agreed.
