Title: Improved flamer and MK2 fuel
Post by: Catoptromancy on March 07, 2012, 10:46:40 pm: I noticed that improved flamer and mk2 fuel blueprints are never for sale. Noone has found any. Are they really this rare or just not in game?

I approve. But they aren't so easy to kill alone.

Far too expensive - you use all that Rad-Away, take all that time and maybe get nothing. I just went there with a LP 300 guy and could only open 2 safes the entire time we were there. Yes, i had lockpicks. No EC ammo, no Stealth-Boys, no motion sensor. So either someone put special locks on those, or we found a bug, or LP 325 just isn't good enough anymore.

I don't know about the Flamers, but Improved Fuel can be farmed from BG Thugs and Guards wielding Flamers. Unity Patrol is the best place imo.

It is only way besides the GunRunners quest and looting them off enemies, and do glow when it is night time in Europe.
