My original plan for my 24th lvl perk for my EW finesse sniper was to take RBTE, but the more I read on the forum the more I am talking myself out of it. The only other viable option for me is lifegiver++. Is everyone sure that RBTE doesn't ignore UP TO 25% of helmet crit hit protection(Ignore any helmet with <=25% protection), not 25% OF crit hit protection(Reduce protection by 25%)? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

What about HtH fighters? Will you add a melee / unarmed check for the perk as well? Or are HtH fighters going to suffer worse criticals to the head from next update? :p

still kinda useless. more hp is better then -5 chance from a ca helmet.

solar also said somewhere that the helmet anti crit buffs will also double, so seems like a must have perk.

Seems like we have to remake our chars every month... btw I've heard there will be some change about finesse trait, which will become a must for an eye shooting snipers.

its not just the -10... i mean really who would have thought that finesse would somehow be more powerfull then without finesse.

I'm talking about the 3 posts from before finesse was mentioned. Its like Bart Simpson asking for more sugar ...

About finesse, like I said in the other thread, I don't think it'll be too much, but we shall see.
Seems like we have to remake our chars every month...
With all these new perks, of course there will be amendments to them. I was never going to guess perfect balance, so they get adjusted based up on feedback.

Would you consider giving the options for "respec"?
Thing is as a tester it would be much easier (and faster) for the player base (OF TESTERS) if when you make a change that change can be checked by the community immidiatetly rather than have to level more characters to 24 so that they can give their feedback...
Otherwise people end up with
a 24th level Sniper WITH finesse but not right between the eyes
a 24th level Sniper Without finesse but with right between the eyes
a 24th level sniper without finesse and without RBTE.
etcetc...

Hardly.
Level moles is so useful for feedback.
The real test begins when you pvp.
But that doesn't start till 24. ;)
