Title: why cant metal cases get picked up?

Someone pick locked a bunch of them in our base and we cant pick them up. kinda lame the cases just sit around there taking up space.

Because if you pick the lock you can deliver it to destination. So. when you give this bag to your lock picker you can't pick up it anymore. And have to go to marshall and said that you lost package )
