I am confused. I was having trouble with the searcher and couldn't find the answer to my question. This is a rather silly question but can someone explain the way ammo, and damage resistance mod works? For instance
5mm JHP
DR mod =35
Damage mod = 2/1
Ok, so I know that 5mm JHP ammo makes the target more resistant by 35% and does twice as much as the gun does (2/1) but what I am woundering is how damage resistance affects you? If I am wearing a combat armor, giving me a total dr of 50 and get shot with an AR using jhp ammo, does that mean I have 85% dr? Does this mean that I will take 115% (200% -85%) of the damage of the gun or 30% (200% x .85%)?
