Title: magnetic personality

hello, i am interested in getting this perk
does it adds 50pp or 1 more follower slot? wiki says it adds 50pp but some web sources says that it adds 1 more follower slot
and how do I get it? do i need 100% speech and ch less than 10?

Pre-wipe, it used to add 1 follower slot but since the follower system has been changed, it adds 50 party points now. To get it, talk to the woman in the Cat's Paw house in Reno. You don't need anything but 100% speech.

Yes it's true. but if you have 10 charisma that extra slot won't matter. since it won't override the group limit.
