Title: Make supermutants neutral again

It's pretty shitty to run into hostiles with laser rifles, rocket launchers and 250+ hp 2 squares from your base.

They're neutral for me at least,maybe you have bad karma.

You must have negative karma with them because they dont shoot at me either.
