Title: Blueprints

I read some suggestions about it but nothing else can you please put some information about it in wiki?

I doubt that would be changed, it doesn't make sense. "You take apart an FN FAL and find a small paper roll in the butt of the gun. It happens to be the schematics to make the gun!"

That'd be silly.

i think he meant it more like you have now taken apart this gun 500 times you now understand how to set it together from materials and parts

In that case, you shouldn't get blueprints. It would just be a message saying that you know how the gun operates, blah blah and it appears in your Fixboy. But still, it's a stretch. If anything, it should only be for tier 1 guns that can't be crafted. Mausers come to mind.

It can be done in many ways and lets suppose that your wastelander can write, so he can create (write) a blueprint with that, what he has learned during the dismantling.
