Title: Improved flamer and fuel mk2 blueprints.

I just wanted to ask if someone already found those blueprints? I was trying to either find or buy them, but without any success. I also never seen that someone was trying to sell them.
They are so freaking rare or what?

BP are rare and most of founded BP are crap ;D
