Title: Merchants telling you want they want to buy

merchants should have a dialog option where they tell you what they are looking to buy. something like in fallout 1&2 where follower npc's had a dialog option where you could ask them what weapons they are skilled with. this would make it easier for newer players that dont know about the wiki and in general to make game play as smooth as possible.
