So, I'm as idiot leveled up stupid Doc crafter, used Blueprint for Jet and found it

are you sure this is a bug??? never saw a devs speak about it, so maybe we can find it but no one know where..

or maybe a dev can write about it and about HQ fiber???

EDIT: and if they are not in the game, how can a guy sell 300 buffout without it??? for buffout you need HQ chemical, no? and why devs never answer about it???

it is a bug and a guy can sell 300 buffout because tc chest gives buffout.

i recommend to try Broken Hills pharm shop, with guys which pretend to kill mutants in BH in FO2.

I tried there and he says he doesn't have the technology anymore...
