Does this trait reduce only Crit. table roll or Crit. Power too and how much?
Same question about other similar perks.

yee it would be nice to know how this perk works, there is no reason why it shouldnt be given to public

Bonehead gives -10 to the critical hit roll, in case of eye and head criticals. This does not impact the chance to score a critical hit, but reduces the effect (which is decided by a d100 roll, modified by perks and traits).

Does armor's crit power mod reduce crit. hit roll or just the damage done?

Seriously? Atom JUST answered your question. It affects the severity of the critical hit, so yes, the damage. (Pretty much.)

As I understood, he answered about trair/perks, but not armor.
