Title: In Your Face?

Just took this perk on my Unarmed character, fighting 3 Yakuza and out of 15 swings I dodge 1 swing? Is this supposed to only apply to guns?

You can't have any non melee/unarmed related weapon in either slots. So if you carry a mere radio in your offhand the bonus doesn't apply anymore. So simply carry either no items in your hand at all or just stick to melee weapons in both slots. no misc items.

Bit silly actually, not being able to carry things like a radio or stimpack offhand.
