Title: BUG building a base.

hi, me and my friends want to have a base, we are 4 and all are tagged on me but when I ask the men for it he say that he dont see anyone with me ... is it a bug????????

someone from your friends in NPC faction(Enclave, BoS, ect) or in Players faction?
