Title: [Need help] The still in my depot is not working anymore

I think there is a bug with the still in my depot. I can't use it because it says "the machine is still working" all the time and i'm sure that it is not working at all ( no ****Buff*** like usual ).
Please help ! I can make rot gut in NCR but i don't want to cuz players can take my rot gut. :(
