Title: COME ON,,,i was keep waiting in BAR,, didnt see any fucking wastelanders,

COME ON,,,i was keep waiting in BAR,, didnt see any fucking wastelanders, who can tell me  how many hrs for wastelander refreshing?  please....going crazy..GOddamn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when they first spawn they spawn at main. so wait at main till they come , someone might have gotten to one before you in the bar.

What's a wastelander?  Last era the only "wastelander" I remember was seeing another player in an encounter but not having awareness (or was it OD? I forget)

Hmmm i believe its 7 CHA, and 70 % speach couse they take up 70 Partypoints

My companion walked from town entrance to bar, so i guess resp. is on every main entrance
