Hey guys
What are the updated requirements for doctor profession up to level 3?

No level 3 for professions anymore. As for the requirements and what you can craft, see here (http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Profession%3A_Doctor).

Pretty much you have to find blueprints and perks from NPCs or footlockers... the update switched everything...
