Title: HtH drunken master

Maybe it has been suggested before, but we could buff alcohol, so it gives something to HtH users. For example extra damage resistance or dodge. Only for melee characters, of course. Otherwise alcohol is pretty much useless.

When i think of it i do remember a perk from tactics that added +20 to unarmed while on alcohol

With current FO mechanics it would'n have much use but i suppose that perk's effect could be changed to suit current environment

Beer does, stuff like Rot Gut only reduces your PE I think...

Ok, I like beer but maybe we could have a reason to drink other alcohol too?:)

Make it easy to get (like Jet for example) and somewhat useful at least for some melee builds (I doubt drinking would fit with wielding firearms that require a lot of precision).
