right , does anyone know how many times you can take action boy? and when you can take brof? and how many times you can take bonus rate of fire? thanks guys

yeh but im level 18 and i cant take brof for some reason do you know why?

check link once more time, there is description of all perks their requirements. for brof you need 180% of sg/bg/energy skill
