Title: Please fix barter

Could you make barter worth a damn? I've got 200% and the shop in the hubs still either won't trade for my stuff or their prices are double what I can get for the same items. Its horse shit. Its like shopping at an Apple store or a Chevy dealer.

It is more-so based off of Reputation than just Barter.

I have not tried yet this session, but I used to use a high barter character to dump giant piles of rope on her for caps.

I have 300 barter and sex appeal and the prise is const..:D since 150% barter price didnt change for me.

Its a comparison to trader barter, so you will reach a point where you exceed all the different traders skill and it becomes pointless.

I can't remember what the highest barter skill in the world is though
