Title: *Drag and drop items in inventory* suggestion.
Post by: Who Killed Bambi on January 16, 2012, 04:53:38 pm
My suggestion is simple:
When i have few stimpacks in middle of long inventory (20-30 items) i need to move it up to heal mercenarie, for this i need to drop on ground and pick up.
If players have more items to move for more comfortable gaming it can be easy to make ( if it possible with FOnline engine ) by moving items in inventory from 1 place to other, maybe make inventory in 2 lines ( no idea why 2 lines ).
Drag and drop i mean.
Here is example:

edit:
Thanks too Jovanka for simple name for this action

If you hold down your mouse button (in 'arrow' not 'finger' mode) you will have options to move an item to the top or the bottom of the list, no need to drop items.

Thank you, i find it right afte post, but it moves items only up or down at inventory, my suggestion is to move items by the player wish or need at different place ;)

edit:
Actually i like Lineage 2 C4 inventory, clear and simple, not so clear like FO2 inventory and FOnline, but it going to be nice if someone can make 2nd type inventory with more place for items and so on, same for holding items in lockers - no need to list items if you have 10x10 grid.

Yes it would be great to be able to rearrange items but simple drag&drop.
Fallout interface always was a bit clumsy and FOnline doesn't do much better.
