Title: Tempest/cripple vs. Decoy?

i am thinking to make BlindMaster this wipe again, of course will make him a jugger nut, but i do not know how to build him this wipe, got 3 ways in mind
1 bring on the Tempest: Heavy handed jugger that can take a shitload of dmg, all anti cripple perks and to knock everyone down
2 Came here to cripple: a non hitable kamikaze finesse crippler that comes in combat, unhitable and cripples arms and legs wille avoioding minigun bursts and sniper shots
3 Decoy and healer: kamikaze jinxed that makes enemy waste AP, weapons and helps team with supporting FA and doc for the front line tanks
help me make him and i will share you all the posible builds that came in my mind

Lagmaster, MAX ac is capped at 90, just for you now.

Savager, MAX ac shoud be 220(kami(40) + 10 AG(30) + livewire(30) + HtH evade + HtH evade+(60 total)+ doger + doger+(60 total))
the 90 cap is a bug, just for you to know
