Title: How do I improve faction relations?

I accidentally smacked a cow with a shovel in NCR and now I am at -125, Junktown also has -125 as well.

-125 is not a big deal. at -300 they start shooting at you in enounters. at -2k they shoot you in towns.
way to improve reelations is to fa or doc the hurt npcs or towns or kill khan raiders up near broken hills.

-1500 rep (When you got vifilied) they start kill you in town.

Okay I healed a Junktown scout and it raised my Rep with the Slavers?

You're sure? Negative karma rises up to -200 when you log off for some time...

Maybe you just didn't notice that prior healing JT scout?
