Title: Infinite aps when not in combat
Post by: avv on January 11, 2012, 03:26:42 pm
It kinda sucks how everything happens as fast as you got aps. Picking up items, mining, gathering, repairing, sciencing and dropping items is totally not something has to be regulated with action points. If you remember, in fallout originals only combat had action points. And it was like that for a reason.

To avoid some abuses and whatnot, you would get the infinite ap peace mode by first ending combat and then regenerating all action points.

Opening and closing doors should still cost action points. Same as sneaking.

i agree, we need something like this

is annoying to w8 for AP to mine

how about adding a condition to the AP taking of some actions

for example FAing
if (combat timer on)
  AP-=5

I made an alt for like single purpose with 4 AP and he cant even FA himself! xD
That that was the purpose he was made for - it's gotta be like in F:Tactics - FA cost was 15 AP and you just needed to wait a little longer for 15 AP to regenerate...
Unless someone has a better idea?

So yeah sneaking/FAing/Doctoring/drug usage should take AP (working as i wrote above)

Anything else?
