- Outdoorsman Camp (Ranger house) with very own cool workbench
- new faction system, where you can actually start a faction having 10k caps and two dudes with you (plus epic task for woodsmen, yeah!)
- placing such base anywhere you want, no more random spawning in the Middle of Nowhere
- lowered and reasonable profession requirements (however I don't get the point in setting 3-level limit)
- many groups and players came back to life thanks to Teh Wipe
- support perks idea
Bring moar brown-nosing posts, just to keep balance for all this whine, rage and shit :>
-
- A lot of cool and efficient builds possible, thank you perks! :)
-
- Epic HtH boost
- respawning Dogs in tent and lvling up
- faster WM travel
-
- Companions, though with some current complications
- Epic harsh wasteland
- who needs crafting? Lets just sit on mutant vs ncr square and grab some camk2 ;D
-
- Truly HTH builds and Thrower builds thanks to perks
- More range to throwing!!!
- bonus of 40HP to NPC, now raiders, marauders, etc are not pitty farmable stuff as loner
- support perks like ranger
- no more stupid crafting of WHP or BBs
- lvl cap 24
- lots of well done dialogs, im really enjoyng to read them, not like all the others
ME GUSTA EL WIPE
-
- I've already seen the guy offering his help with repairing stuff (guessing its about exp points, if it was a cleaver thief, it is damn cool anyway)
- Support Perks - not only that they are there, but also some of the dialogue lines and the fact you have to look for them
- Blueprints love the idea, some time ago suggested something concerning those, for other purpouses - but i think the current concept is even better
- No more limitless sources of anything (fibers, ores etc) - I believe the current system needs some work, but the idea itself is way much better

- Basing FOnline on Fallout: New Vegas/Van Buren.
- Changing Perks into Talent Trees from World of Warcraft.

They will be removed with next update.
-
-possibility to scavenge everywhere and almost everything (fulldrop NPCs + nothing will be left behind because of gathering cooldown)
-
- HtH can actually beat some other players with guns.
- Recently fixed HtH attacks+BROF 225% to 180% thank you.
- You can collect fruits on encounter as much you can carry.
- Anti-crit perks.
- Helmets for head/eyes protection.
-
They will be removed with next update.
Also on the update, any of the encounters where people have tier 2 stuff should not occur on the same square - BoS/Mutants/NCR/etc
If they do get a vs encounter it will be those groups vs a group against who they should be winning pretty easily, so there will not be big amounts of high tech stuff lying round on the floor.

As Lexx says, never playeed WoW. The idea I had in my head when I was thinking about the perks rework was RTS research trees (Before 2238 I played RTS almost exclusively*!)
*Apart from Fallout of course

You can still get lucky and have few high tier NPCs VS a lot of lower tier. I encountered this phenomen two times yet:
1 Mutie with few ghul friends vs horde of Raiders. Mutie emties his weapon and is slowly chasing everyone to punch them. Ghuls are killed by raider fire because they have not sooo much HP. Mutie is now easy target for raiders, and if no raiders alive to that point, easy target for player = all loot belongs to the player.
I know that doesn't happen that often but still is a thing that can be good or bad depending on how you look at it (realism, equal chances between NPCs in battles, stuff for player)

Solar, how about a game of Starcraft Brood Wars?

Always was more of a C&C man myself - the hours I spent on Tib Sun *whistles*
-
Red Alert 2 is the best RTS that ever existed. Only for this, C&C deserve a medal :)

Only thing that could have made Red Alert 2 better would have been huge maps. Red Alert 3 was rubbish in comparison IMV.
