Title: How can i get awerness perk?

"•Ranks: 1 •Generic requirements: Perception at least 6 or Unarmed at least 100 or Melee Weapons at least 100 •With Awareness, you are given detailed information about any critter you examine. You see their exact hit points and information about any weapon they are equipped with." I have perception 6 and there is no awerness perk in the list??????

It's a 'support perk', so it won't shot in your 'lvling perk' list.
You can get it via a quest. Read the spoiler thread for locations of the support perks.
