Hello Angry.

The Crazy 88 has an ability to write/read and speak english as a requirement for joining.

We do use voice comunication, but not ventrillo.

Majority of factions in this game use mumble, team speak and raid call.

Both of those, and also IRC is most used chat for factions too.

Almost every faction uses voice chat software. Instead of making this kind of posts just browse for factions on this forum and decide which one you want to join.
