Tiny update this time. We're trying to fix the larger issues but it takes more time.

FIXES:
- TC influence gain was broken in certain scenarios.

CHANGES (WIP):
- Quest: Junktown Powerhouse again, at least level 4 is required now.

Nice. I have a question, ¿There we need to do some update using the client after this, or just keep using the files downloaded before from the link Atom give us?

Nope, it's always stated in changelog if it requires client files updating.

Why can we set it below 5 then? Same with agility. Not right...
