anyone know how long the server is suppose to be down for?

Until they find and fix the bug causing crashes every 5 minutes.
How anyone could know how long it will take.

i was having fun now that the server stopped lagging!! ohh and is it true that when ncr army guy's die or people like that (broken hills caravan, vault city caravan, etc..) they drop the armor?
