Title: New perks for gunslinger builds to make them a bit better

I have a proposition to add some perks, which could make pistol builds slightly stronger. Pistols have very short range for a "sniper" weapon so it would be nice to compensate it with something. Gauss pistol is so expensive to use (a single shot is worth at least a few thousand caps) that I don't count it. Here are my propositions:

Fast aimer: 1 less AP for aimed shots with pistols
Or weaker version: 1 less AP when aiming eye/head/groin with pistol (so all aimed shots would cost the same)

Pistol handling: All pistols require 2 ST less and deteriorate 2 times slower.

Pistoleros are pretty badass already. Their equipment is easy to get and pistols cost less ap to fire. They aren't tc-fighters but do okay in skirmishes.

The first one is okay, basically a cheap BROF. The second is pointless because weapon handling is lvl3 perk in cbt and deterioration doesn't worry anyone.

With pistol handling i'd lower chance for crit fail as thought as deterio would be 20%-50% lower than it really is AND +5 crit table

and/or

Rise their to hit chance PE dependant from 8% to 10-12%

and/or

Rise pistol max range by 4-6

(let's say two above bonuses)
