Title: Public mines for slaves?

Hello, I've read the similar topics with information that have changed by now.
One of them is that NCR mines was available for slave mining and now it is not.

My question is, which of the public mines are suitable for slave mining right now?
And side question, do the slaves still not require a sledgehammer to mine?

redding , bh and gecko mine - slaves can mine

slaves need hammers to mine.

go to san fran mine set your slaves to mine and they will do it.

There's also Klamath LQ mine, no hammers required.
