Title: justice in ncr (at least more guards)

Hello people. There are two or three guys killing everyone who is standing at Bazar. One of them and the most annoying is Donkey. Yeah, scrum you pal, i dont like to say names but you're a goddamn exception.

What they do? they burst everybody withouth apparetly reasons. Also they're exploiting the time of reaction of guards.
They kill and then ran out most of times leaving healty.

So, i was wondering, is there any way to prevent this? i whould ban this people cause they are just disturbing 24/7.

because i like you i tell you way to stop it for atleast 20 min
go to vortis talk to him go to the covo that makes him mad and he attacks you.
slavers ,ranger and ncr guards will fight this will cause reinforcements to kick in and many guards will appear.

My mind - better no guards, then that in NCR now. I was killed a lot of time by trolls. So if GM will kick guards from NCR - trolls will kill each other and soon go to another towns. So NCR became new New Reno  ;D
Another way: You can go to another town - like Redding, BH, Den...... Roleplay towns. NPC guards are good...but human guards are better, because we have brain (some of us  ;) )
NCR is allways a problem place, in which you will stay alive only moving quick to a quit direction.
