... is it only me or average PING really rised to 3k-13k like 5-10 minutes ago?

Hmm. To be honest I am surprised. I always read about how the game runs more smoothly for European players while American players lag all the time, etc.

Well my nick comes from this fella (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Wallace) at least from the times i was looking simmilar to Gibson from Braveheart xD I got more nicks but this one is most famous and any one but my country fellows would've got real problems with correctly reading my name...

Well that time i must've got general net lag (although i didn't think so at that time cuz my browser went smoothly... but i guess shit just happens)

May help little for ping problem (Just little, not much)

Also you could use another DNS server than you ISP offers to you.
Best one is OpenDNS.
