Title: Meaty matter

Here's the deal: I gathered 15 meat from modoc meatbench until it said there's no more brahmins to butcher.
I check the pen and there's 3 brahs. I sell 5 brahmins to the herdsman and wait for 2 hours but still no more meat.

Find another meat bench, at my base there are no Brahmin and I can still use meat bench.

How many meatbenches there are except modoc + bases?
But still, 2hours and still no more meat. Normal ammount of meat harvested is usually around 100, so I'd say the meat output of modoc's bench is way too low.

This table can be found in:
Modoc, in the house near the main brahmin pen.
Outpost faction base.
Gasstation Camp faction base.
You will obtain 5 pieces of meat, and your gathering timeout will be increased by 60 seconds for each pick.

Yup. After wipe there is no gathering cooldowns.

When i heard "no gathering cool-downs", i was so happy. But it's not what i thought. A resource "warm-up" has apparently replaced the gathering "cool-down". So it's maybe better? Maybe worse? You beta-testers can tell us. I'd happily help with testing but not without an invite.

By waiting for resources to re-generate. If we call the gathering timer a gathering cool-down, then I call the new way a resource warm-up. Six of one, or a half-dozen of the other.

Instead of cooldowns, I believe there's a limited amount of specific resources in the world, so instead of relying on waiting, you have to seek them out before others do. It's a more proactive solution. And a nice benefit to those of us not in European time zones.

Oh it's just so great i cannot imagine i ain't dreaming! Well of course i won't be dreaming coz i will have to play at night to have a chance of gathering some HQ mats and maybe then some key areas won't be tightly packed with minmaxesd PvP apes protecting valuable resources zones!

Someone please correct me if i'm wrong...  :-\
