Title: skills increasing over time

so, i've basically had the idea that you'd be able to upgrade your skills by using them a lot, however they would only upgrade until you hit 100%, for example, if you fire a small gun lets say 30-40 times you'd get a 1% bonus to your skillset, that may prevent barter alts to some extent, since everyone will be able to hit 100% of barter if they sell enough items, and give the lvl 21 players something to work for, getting all their skills to 100...

if this was impelented, I would probably wait with spending my skillpoints until i had every skill on 100%  ;)

yes, how about only after you hit lvl 21, only an idiot would wait to lvl 21 and then get all their skills to 100%, so that may solve it...

It worked in fo2 but only for first aid. Dunno why FA isn't increasing now.

wont be too good, cause all characters would be on killers build other skills would just rise to the level they need :>
