Title: Knocked down question

I think the answer is yes and it seems almost obvious, but I want to make sure.

Is there a higher chance to get knocked down when your back is to an enemy?

It can be very useful to have your back turned to an enemy since they cannot shoot you in the eyes (it turns into a headshot)

Guess it was just a string of bad luck than lol.

I was trying to run from a fire gecko and he knocked me down 4 rounds in a row (with melee not fire breath).

You can sell them or drop them on the floor as carpets.  So far that's it. Although it would be awesome if you could build a tent out of like 20 of them.
