Where do people get one
In NCR, I always see on guy with PA and Im curious where people get it from
Are they craftable? or Do GM's give it to them?
Is even APA MK II in the game?

Hmm..
Atleast what I heard best is HPA (Hardened PowerArmor) and only GMs drop them. So not possible to craftable.

GM spawn or teleport exploit from events. ;p
You can do pre-wipe madness even now, because it won't be fixed until wipe as I know. I'm leveling my new character in fake BA and p90 from 1st level spraying infinite 10mm ammo in everything I encounter, and I find it much more funnier than eye shooting molerats 24/7 ^_^

Wipe is coming soon but I want one before it happens

stalker if you want a pa or apa. your gonna have to pay alot. somewhere between 800k-2 mill depending on person. gm wont just give you one that would be massive abuze.

I think they are going to give away some Power armors when the real pre-wipe madness begins.

BA crafter can be made in one evening. Wipe might come later than you expect. ;-)
