Title: Action Points

When i last played some PK killed me. Point is he bursted twice with light support weapon. Can someone tell me how to make character with that ammount of action points to do 2 bursts (14ap)?

Many ways.
Bonus rate of fire perk -1AP per burst, so 12AP for double burst. Action boy perk +1AP. Jet +2AP. With all of this you can easily figure out how to get two burst.

Max Agility at 9, for 9 AP.

Nuka Cola = 10 AG and AP.

Jet = 12 AP.

For 14 take 2 action boy perks.

Bonus Rate Of Fire is a great perk, as mentioned. Check out the Wiki for AP requirements on specific weapons, but it's best to double check in game as sometimes the Wiki may be outdated/incorrect/incomplete.

For TB specific builds there are bonus move perks, but only apply to movement and not firing weapons. I believe max for a TB build is 18 AP, only 14 used for weapons.

But if you plan on using jet, you best take AGI10 and the following drugs:

- Buffout, get rid of jet's strength penalty
- Nuka, to get rid of Buffout's AGI penalty
- Psycho, to get rid of jet's damage res penalty
- Cigs, to get partially rid of psycho's PE penalty

Once you take jet, it starts a snowball effect.

Depends on the build I suppose.  Every build I've ever made I had to weigh the positives and negatives and come to a compromise somewhere, drug builds only complicate it more.

Sharpshooter will also help with the PE problem.

I think that someone wrote somewhere, if im not wrong, that sharpshooter doesnt work :S
