Anyone knows? Is there a point of taking it when having EN 10 already?

It gives EN*10 % that knock down will be resisted if you failed a roll.
And EN*5 % that knock out will be resisted if you failed a roll.
So 10 EN gives you immunity to knock downs and 50% resistance vs knock outs.

And what gives 10 EN without stonewall again?

I don't know exact numbers of crit table. As I know EN affects all save throws against crit effects except for bypass. Bypass resisted by LK. But I'm not sure about it. 10 EN is the must if you're going to be shot a lot. As comparison: when I played for 6 EN and 10 EN characters, 6 EN was weakling who was instakilled knocked down and out much more often than 10 EN, especially instakilled. With 10 EN I can't remember instakills much, also with 10 EN you often won't be knocked down/out even if someone will deal 200+ damage in your eyes. And I don't have stonewall, as it has inadequate requirements and 5 SPECIAL points doesn't worth it, if you need to get 6 ST from 1 ST.
