Title: +1 Intelligence Perk and Science skill
Post by: Ganado on February 15, 2010, 08:55:01 pm
If I take the +1 Intelligence Perk, will I immediately have a slightly higher Science skill? If my current science skill is 80, will taking this Perk make it 81 or something? I am wondering this because even though your starting Science level is affected by your intelligence, but I don't want to take any chances with the Perk. And also, I only need 1 more point to get to the requirements for SM 3.

Regardless of how stupid it is to do this, this is the only way to either raise my Science or Repair skill [If it works] (without having to restart my character), so I need to know if it will work. Can someone confirm if this will work or not?

I thinks it's don't works, like +1 in perception don't increase some combat skill.

It shouldn't affect your skills, 'cause it affect only oyur start skill. For example: When you use buffout you got bonus to your strength, but your Unarmed and Melee are same.

Tell me about it.

I just chose gain EN over lifegiver, and received 2 hp. From now on i get +2 hp, but with lifegiver i could have gained +4
I feel cheated, and want my perk back >:(
