May-be developers 'll fid something interesting in this suggestions
1. Cooldown 30 minutes for the meeting with the BOS, Enclave and mutants.
2. Increase CD on digging \ Сraft.
3. Cancel the interest in banks and make them united.
4. Independence in the fall of the regime encounters on display in the config.
5. Reduce speed on the map to the value of the start of this session.
6. Return the reduction of experience for killing monsters of the same type.
7. Make it so that the Enclave and BOS attacked everyone who does not in fractions. Unity as is.
8. Randomly spawn stuff from merchants in the cities.
9. Make slaves of all, without exception, receive experience (every kind of slaves in different ways). Mercs do not get experience at all but it was originally in Metal Armor and thick (even if critter in a leather jacket).
10. Give lowlvl stuff to different patrols (HUB patrol, raiders, VC Patrol, and so go with Hunting Rifles, Desert Eagles, and other lowlvl stuff). Assault Rifles, M-60 and FNFALS becomes a rarity. LSW get away from the mobs in general (SF Caravan, NCR Army)
11. Return to the craft of the book, but that they spent as tools.
12. Add animation dancing little people from the fire.
13. It is high time already to solve the problem of empty caravans and give them a locked cart, with a random lowlvl stuff and very rare good items.
14. Reconcile the BH caravan with Unity.
15. Lowering the intellect when using psycho.
16. Unprotected if failed lockpick machines.
17. Allow doctors to treat all with 1 CH, not only with 3 CH.
18. Add a dynamic world:
a) Reduce the time of recovery of guards, so that a large group of players could make raids on the city.
b) Attacks on the city by the NPC with a random number and a random time. Geckos on the Klamath, the raiders on the NCR, etc.
c) Travelling with a caravan, as the train. But the caravan randomly falls on Loki with mobs, so that other players had the opportunity to meet this caravan. The men must be with high skills, and x, and lowlvl weapons. To have no desire to kill himself or to call on the radio for their plunder.
d). Add the ability to patrol around the city together with the NPC.

That not ultimate version, approximately 75 % list completed now. This is early edition of our changelist. That list is outcome of discussions about game mechanics, reputable opinion of russian community 2238 . This was fucking awful too. Maybe the day when we will have more monster types and more quest. But simply adding mire grinding is just retarded.

This makes no sense: your slave become better to help you fighting while your paid mercenary never evolve? Anyway, companion system already reworked for after wipe AFAIK.

What's the point? I mean I don't often use LSW myself, and I never kill all those guys, but why nerfing their stuff?

Don't really understand that one. A large group of player can already wipe a city.

Raiders are more likely to attack VC, but sure, why not.

it's not bad because thief in 30 minutes can steal near 8-10k 5mm AP - it's too much
2 cripplers can farm 10-15 gatlings in 1-2 hours - it's too much too

making mercenaries with 250 hp and 200 bg(for example)
slaves can receive experience and can be as mercenaries with 250 hp and 200 bg
in one way u pay for you'r time, in other way if u don't have a caps u can pumping you'r slaves and waste you'r time

we allready have crazy cooldowns we dont want more. we just want to play the game. (ie fight each other)
not waste hours making shit and farming shit.(which is allready long but you want it to be longer)
we tire of cooldowns and dont want more this is why your "suggestion" is not being taken like its a good thing.

Uniting the Banks should be a quest chain that only works for the characters that do it.
(Though they could still make joint accounts/do transfers to other peoples' accounts.)
It would involve helping get parts for radios and telegraph/telephone to be put up along the Railroad lines, and clearing Raiders and saboteurs.

Almost all above are just to make gameplay annoying and more time consuming without any purpose.

Guys with powered armors are getting buffed, and some will turn hostile for everyone but their buddies, that has been told so far.
As for other changes, they are either terrible, or there is better resolution or they are already being resolved in some way. (like weapon farming in encounters)

With each update in the direction of simplifying production of weapons, items, ammo. The server loses the atmospheric pressure.

I don't agree reintroducing those scrapped ideas would never hurt the big gangs they would make 100 char proxy miners/crafters and everyone beside them would go with pipe rifle. Hell I can easily see that player A from gang A enters enclave patrol use distress and tons of member with proxy alts enter and kill the lone enclave guy take the weapon then look for another one. The atmospheric pressure can't exist as long as people can cheat their way out. All these suggestion would make the wasteland filled with dual loggers and everyone who just looks for an opposition would be surprised that the online list says 250 but all city is empty mines are filled with auto kill slave/mercs army. Only chance for PvP would be TC, good tb fights would became even more rare hell I dare to say extinct since those who could put up a fight would be busy dual logging.
No matter what restrain is used if it can't be enforced then it will not work just on the new players and on those who don't wish to cheat.

ANY HtH thing can be destroyed with shooting with no contact.
There is no critter that is strong and shoot smthng... (Hydralisk-like one)

as far as I understand the caravan`s NPC guards have only low-tier weapons so you can`t farm gatling lasers just making your caravan dead on encounter.

Personally my chars level slowly with different ways not focusing on one thing I make quest kill geckos for their skins gather resources to make basic stuffs like spears, sledges, hammers. I steal guns from group of people fighting then shoot enemies of my char.
I agree that many does it this way but I don't see the harm in their actions its their fun that goes away not mine.
Btw you shouldn't except that if someone wants to play a tribal hunter or a trapper he would fight people instead of animals.

No, I suggest to make shooting enemies worther killing than just random fat but useless monsters b/c/ it`s really harder to kell enclave patrolmen than Cent while it gives less experience

Which has been denied, because you get equipment in return, I was wondering about it just as well, do not worry. There is just something like you don't want to have to kill 700 raiders or something like that, when you will fight group of 4 for minutes.

I don't care if leveling is boring or repetitive , as well what critters i shoot , they are all just a bunch of x amount of bots i need to kill for my character to be fully functional. The only factor that concerns me is time needed to level up , everything else is unimportant.
I do not care what changes are done , as long as they don't increase the necessary amount of time.

2) rescale xp from monsters and human-like critters
3) make xp reducion.

Your ideas are good and well put, but it doesn't work at the moment since there is not enough content in each of the locations to provide for alternative levelling and such. If it takes too long to level up on one monster, people would maybe do more quests and such, but if there are not enough of them, people (rightfully) complain.

If you slow down levelling and getting materials, players will be more careful of their gear and spend more time building their personal economy. Personal economies are built by farming and grinding alone, somewhere unseen.
