Combat Armor
Rocket Launcher..

Use ur Hypercam (or anything else that can recorded) or Copy ur picture that u have killed him.

Idk.. I think he's always go to new reno gas station. they take the car who ever had it..

Mods must create some type of unwatched Bounty section in the Gang Issues section, only to make little guys feel like if their bounty is being taken seriously. Similar to the old Junk section.
